MIND are there to provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Find out more on their website.

Mental Health UK

Mental Health UK has been running for over forty years. They are there to offer support for those with a mental health problem. The site includes tool kits for mental health and finance, webinars and localised support and contacts. Visit their website for more details.

Sussex Mental Healthline

The Sussex Mental Healthline is a 24/7 telephone service that offers listening support, advice, information and signposting to anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Click below to see their website.
