Skills for Business NCFE Level 2 Diploma
COURSE OVERVIEW
This qualification is ideal for learners who want to develop an understanding of the essential skills required to work successfully in a business environment, and gives them an understanding of business culture and responsibilities. This qualification also allows learners to develop the skills required to solve problems, communicate and work effectively with others, and gives them the opportunity to learn how to manage and improve their own performance in a business environment.
Every type of business environment requires the ability to be organised, to use office equipment, work with others, deal with customers, answer the telephone, write letters, complete business documents and much more.
Over the course you will develop a range of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the areas of enterprise, finance, marketing and team building in business.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English Language. Another written subject (such as English Literature or History at grade 3) may be considered. GCSE Maths at grade 3 is preferred.
Upon successful completion of this courses, students can progress onto the CAMTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Business, in combination with one other Level 3 Applied General qualification.
The NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Skills for Business is a knowledge-based qualification which is internally assessed via coursework portfolio.
Upon successful completion of this one year course, students can progress onto a Level 3 programme assuming they achieve a grade 4 in English and/or Maths.
