Access to Higher Education (Humanities and Social Sciences) Level 3 Diploma
COURSE OVERVIEW
This Access course is designed to provide a strong foundation for adults wishing to gain a Level 3 qualification to pursue degrees in areas such as Sociology, English Literature, History, Politics, International Relations, Psychology and a wide range of other disciplines within the Humanities and Social Sciences. Delivered by passionate and experienced teaching staff, the course is tailored to support your academic growth and help you achieve your personal and educational goals. The delivery model for this course will involve face to face delivery combined with fully supported online study to allow students to study flexibly alongside other commitments.
Throughout the course, you will receive personalised guidance on your UCAS application and thorough preparation for university admissions interviews, ensuring you are well-equipped for the next step in your academic journey.
You must be at least 18 years old at time of enrolment.

You must have a GCSE grade 9-4 (or A*to C) in English and Maths and be at least 18 years old at time of enrolment.
This Access course is a widely recognised qualification for entry into Higher Education, preparing you for humanities and social science degrees.
The course is ideal for individuals aspiring to careers in local government, teaching, the civil service, trade unions, social work, voluntary organisations, charities, and other related fields.

Some students may be exempt from paying course fees because of their personal circumstances such as their financial situation or their previous level of education.
